Inspired by the iconic purple label of our Résonance Vineyard wine, Purple Note is our signature tasting experience. Savor a rotating flight of organically farmed Pinot noir and Chardonnay from our estate vineyards. Relax with sweeping vineyard views and the soulful backdrop of jazz—an experience where rhythm meets resonance. Seasonal small bites, such as a rotating selection of cheeses, are available for purchase tableside. Curious about wines from our Burgundian heritage? ROOTS OF RÉSONANCE
Discover the building blocks of our flagship Pinot noir through an exploration of the historic Résonance Vineyard, planted in 1981. This guided tasting features three rare single-clonal bottlings, each expressing a distinct facet of our founding estate, before culminating with the corresponding vintage of Résonance Vineyard Pinot noir—revealing how these individual voices come together in the final wine. Thoughtfully paired with a selection of artisan cheeses, Roots of Résonance offers a deeper understanding of clone, terroir, and the enduring character of our original vineyard.
