Dinner in the Field at Résonance Wines with Durant Olive Oil

Once again Field & Vine will host another stunning farm-to-table family-style dinner, overlooking the Pacific Coastal Range from the field at Résonance Wines.
The evening will begin the with passed hors d’oeuvres and a welcome wine and then move into a 7-course family-style dinner including a special dessert.

Vines & Arias: A Night with Portland Opera

Join us for a very special evening or Vines & Arias: A Night with Portland Opera! This is the first time we will welcome the Portland Opera to Résonance.
Wine will be available for purchase and Wooden Heart Pizza Truck will be onsite offering seasonal pizzas and salad for purchase during throughout the event. Bring a blanket, chairs, and anything you need to spread out and sip in the evening!

Step into a night where Burgundy meets the Willamette Valley, guided by two voices shaping the future of Pinot noir. Résonance winemaker Guillaume Large and Thibault Gagey, third-generation steward of Maison Louis Jadot, will share the stories, heritage, and terroir that define their homes on opposite sides of the Atlantic.
The culinary team at Grounded Table will craft a harvest-inspired menu designed to echo the character of the wines—layered, expressive, and rooted in place. This is more than a dinner; it’s a rare chance to sit at the table with two visionaries and taste the union of centuries-old tradition and new-world possibility.
