Savor a rotating flight of organically farmed Pinot noir and Chardonnay from our estate vineyards. Relax with sweeping vineyard views and the soulful backdrop of jazz—an experience where rhythm meets resonance. Seasonal small bites, such as a rotating selection of cheeses, available for purchase tableside. Curious about wines from our Burgundian heritage? Ask your host about adding our Jadot supplement to your tasting to enhance your experience with rare wines from Burgundy.

Discover the harmony between Oregon and Burgundy in an elegant side-by-side tasting of Résonance and Maison Louis Jadot wines.
In our Fireside Room enjoy three unique pairs of wines, including Résonance selections from our three vineyard sites, served alongside their Burgundian counterparts. Each pairing showcases the connection between traditional winemaking and the character conveyed through terroir.
The flight is accompanied by artisanal French cheeses curated to enhance each pairing.
