Sitting at an elevation of 700-1100 feet, Koosah Vineyard is one of the highest sites in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Chardonnay and Pinot noir vines are planted on steep slopes—eastern and western facing—in soil of richly layered volcanic basalt and sedimentary marine dating back 15-million years.

Organically dry farmed on steep rocky slopes at one of the highest elevations within this region, the roots travel through volcanic basalt rock producing ever-changing expressive wines as they go deeper into history of this unique place.
