membership policies
- To join one of our membership tiers or to purchase our wines, you must be 21 years or older.
- By signing up, you agree to take one year’s worth of wine club shipments. Early cancellations result in a $75 termination fee.
- The credit card attached to your membership will be charged automatically for each wine club shipment. You will receive email notifications prior to being charged for each shipment.
- Your membership is auto renewed. After receiving a full year of shipments, cancellations can be submitted to membership@resonancewines.com or by calling or texting our Wine Club Team at (503) 572-1305.
- Members are allowed one skipped shipment per lifetime of the membership.
- Requests to skip a shipment or cancel membership must be received prior to the club allocation processing date. Cancellations of the current shipment or your membership cannot be honored during the wine club processing period.
- If you live in one of the following states (AL, AR, DE, HI, KY, MS, NJ, OK, RI, SD, UT, WV) and are interested in joining one of our clubs, please contact us to make alternate shipping arrangements. We currently are unable to ship to AK.
- Our primary shipping carrier is UPS (Ground), if you prefer FedEx or expedited shipping, please notify our Wine Club Team in advance.
- Someone over 21 must sign for the wine delivery. The shipping carrier will make (3) delivery attempts before the package is returned to us. We recommend shipping to a business address, or to a local UPS location for pick-up. For assistance during transit please contact our Wine Club Team (503) 572-1305.
- Members are responsible for any sales tax associated with wine shipments (rate varies by state).
- Members are responsible for all shipping charges, including those incurred for address changes and returned shipments.
- For our “pick-up” wine club members, we ask that you please pick up your wines within 45 days of its release. If after 45 days, our Wine Club Team will notify you to ship your wines to the address on file. Please note a shipping fee will apply to some membership levels.
- We are unable to process any returns/exchanges after 45 days of processing your order. Please contact us at (503) 572-1305 if you need to make other arrangements.
